Agreement of Rules

Please read these rules before entering Freebird Stores Inc. “Honky Tonk Grand Opening Win Free Boots” contest. You agree that by entering this giveaway you will be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all giveaway eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Freebird Stores Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. 

Eligibility 

This giveaway is limited to all present entrants from 5 PM - 8 PM CST on July 11th, 2023. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing 

This contest begins on July 11th, 2023 at 5 PM and ends July 11th, 2023 at 8 PM CST. The winners will be announced every 15 minutes during the duration of the contest. Freebird Stores server is the official time-keeping device for the promotion. 

How to Enter 

Submit your name & email on the contest page to register for the giveaway. Once you have submitted your email, you are entered into all of the giveaways and do not need to re-enter after each drawing. 

Prize

One chosen winner will be randomly from the eligible entries every 15 minutes. Each chosen winner will receive one FREEBIRD item of their choice. (This item must be in stock at our Honky Tonk Nashville location at the time of shopping). 

One Grand Prize Winner will Win Free Boots for a Year! This chosen winner will select one shoe each month from July 2023 - June 2024. 

Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. 

Odds

The odds of winning depends on the number of entry(s)/participants received during the entry period. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

One winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries every 15 minutes starting at 5 PM CST on July 11th, 2023, and ending at 8 PM on July 11th, 2023.

The potential winner(s) will be notified via announcement at the Nashville store location. The winner must be present at the time of announcement and the winner must claim the prize before the next winner is announced. 

Rights Granted by You

By entering this giveaway, you understand and agree that Freebird Stores Inc, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media  (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.) now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. Without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Optional verbiage for Contests: By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of FREEBIRD Stores Inc. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FREEBIRD Stores Inc. from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which FREEBIRD Stores Inc. may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

General Conditions

Freebird Stores Inc reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Limitation of Liability 

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible. If the Promotion, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
