For starters- each member gets 1000 points just for joining Freebird Rewards. Aside from earning points through purchases, there are several ways to earn points located on the dashboard.
Once a new tier is achieved you have 12 months to enjoy the perks and spend the minimum amount in that tier to retain its status.
Tiers are determined by how much you spend. The more you buy, the higher the tier and the better the perks!
You have 12 months to maintain tier status, depending on how much you spend in a 12-month period will determine the tier you are in.
There are a couple reasons you may not have earned points on your purchase:
- You must have the product for 45 days before points will be earned (this is in line with our 30 days return policy and giving some extra time for shipping)
- You may have cancelled your order.
- You may have returned your order. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your balance
- Double check you didn’t accidently check out as a guest. You must be logged in when marking purchases to earn points.
For every dollar spent you will earn 1 point. When you move up to become an Enthusiast (tier 2) you will be earning points 2x a fast. Muse and Icon (tiers 3 & 4) will earn points 3x as fast.
2000pts = $20 reward
After a period of 12 months of inactivity your points/tier status/ & rewards will expire. Your Freebird Rewards and points will return to zero. You will be moved down to, Insider (tier 1).
You will not receive the points or will be deducted points if past the 45 days.
