- This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and must be 18 years or older to enter, including those photographed.
- Entries must not be published elsewhere in other publications.
- Work submitted MUST have been shot by yourself, and no-one else. (I.e. you cannot screenshot images that you do not own.)
- Entry must be made by the entrant, only at FreebirdStores.com. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Freebird for advertising purposes.
Freebird reserves the right to approve or deny any images based on brand guidelines.
Freebird reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
