Holiday Shipping

To ensure delivery by Thursday, December 24th, please explore the below shipping time frames and exceptions. Select Free Shipping up until Dec 13th for delivery by Thursday, December 24th to any address within the 48 contiguous United States that accepts FedEx deliveries!


Our Nest is flying into overdrive in order to ensure that FREEBIRDS will be the perfect gift for the holidays! We pack each order with love as carefully & quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by Dec. 24th for the following instances:


  • Backordered items will begin processing after the time frame displayed on the product page
  • Service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of FREEBIRD
    • Shipping addresses submitted with errors at checkout
    • Invalid shipping service for given shipping address selected at checkout
    • Interruptions of our transportation systems or the delivery services provided by our carriers

Express shipping options are not available to these locations: Canada, PO Boxes, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO. Any Express/Priority shipping selected only applies to IN STOCK items.

Holiday Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of all Holiday orders, including those with expedited shipping. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not included in transit or processing times.  Orders received after 2PM MST will begin processing the following business day. Rare exceptions may occur during peak shipping times. 


Holiday Returns

Purchases made from 11/01/2021 through 12/24/2021 on may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment through 1/23/2022. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition and must be accompanied by the packing slip. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply. Please read the details below for information on Exchanges.




Any Item(s) that EXCEED 60 days from the ORDER date cannot be exchanged.

Purchases made from 11/01/2021 through 12/24/2021 on may be exchanged for a new item through 1/23/2022. All exchanges agree to our return policy & terms and conditions and must be processed to the same address on the original order. If you would like to ensure you receive your desired item, we recommend returning and reordering. Exchanges can only be processed for inventory currently available on the site. An exchange does not guarantee your item will be available when your original arrives back to us for processing, as we are unable to hold inventory. All exchanges are shipped VIA ground shipping, even if your original order was purchased with expedited shipping. If you use a discount code on your original order, that discount code will be honored on your exchange order. Please see your packing slip for further exchange details. FREEBIRD reserves the right to limit or deny exchanges at any time.
