SHIPPING & PROCESSING DETAILS
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of standard orders. Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays. Please refer to your tracking number for the most accurate estimated delivery date.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you’d like to expedite your order, Next-Day and 2-Day Shipping options are available at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of expedited orders. Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes; please select standard shipping instead.
If you choose to return an item that was shipped using an expedited service, the expedited shipping fee will not be refunded, as this cost is paid directly to the shipping carrier to ensure delivery within the selected timeframe.
PO BOXES, US TERRITORIES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to PO Boxes, all US territories, and APO/FPO addresses for orders under $500. Orders over $750 will need to be shipped to a physical address for signature confirmation upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer DHL Express shipping for all international orders. International shipping costs include both shipping and duties and are calculated based on your order subtotal. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of international orders. Shipping timeframes are estimates only; for a more accurate delivery estimate to your location, please enter your postcode at checkout. Please note that online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Freebird is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. Items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times. Should you choose to return an item, original taxes and shipping costs are nonrefundable.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE
Our trusted courier partners may choose to utilize an Authority To Leave service when delivering your order, provided they assess that the delivery address has a secure location for parcel placement without requiring a signature. It's important to note that in such instances, Freebird cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. Additionally, regretfully, we won't be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon confirmation of your shipment, you will receive an email containing a link to track your package(s). In cases where you have ordered two or more items, please note that they may be shipped separately. As a result, you will receive distinct shipping confirmation emails for each individual item.
HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
It is our policy that all orders over $2000 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. High-value orders will need to be shipped to a physical address to ensure secure delivery confirmation.
PRE-ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you have purchased an item on pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated shipping time frame. This time frame can be found directly on the product detail page and throughout checkout. Please note, this is an estimation of delivery and is subject to change. Should the pre-order item you've chosen have an estimated shipping date that exceeds seven days, your order will be charged prior to its shipment.
Orders with in-stock and pre-order styles will be shipped in multiple packages. Please contact Customer Service team at orders@FreebirdStores.com.
ORDERS EXCEPTIONS
Freebird is unable to fulfill any orders that are flagged as fraudulent or have characteristics of wholesaling. Please note this is due to an automated algorithm that once triggered will initiate a 180-day waiting period while the account is under review. During this time, Freebird is unable to fulfill any new orders associated with the customer profile originally flagged.
Freebird is not in association with any third-party resellers or supports any type of drop shipping. As a company, we will do our best to protect our loyal Flock from falling victim to this activity.

FAQ
For security purposes, we are currently unable to redirect a package once it has been shipped. If the shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, it will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a refund.

If an item has been canceled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged.
Orders can be canceled for various reasons, including items being out-of-stock, incorrect billing , etc.
