SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed before 2pm (MST) Monday-Friday will processed within 48-72 hours. Rare exceptions may occur during peak shipping times.

 

You will be contacted via email if there is any delay in processing your order.

 

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out at our expense.  If your shipping address is in the same shipping zone as our Denver warehouse it will be shipped out ground delivery which usually arrives the next day.

 

PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only offer International Shipping to Canada, at the customers expense. But do check back, we have big flight plans for our Flock. At this time, FREEBIRD by Steven Footwear is only available to ship within the 48 contiguous United States, and Canada

 

CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

FREEBIRD by Steven will issue you a confirmation email once you have placed your order. We will then send a follow up email when your order (or a portion of your order) has shipped. You will be supplied with a tracking number from our carrier and a link that will allow you to track your order all the way from our Denver warehouse, right to your doorstep. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your Account on the upper right hand corner of our website and clicking on Orders.

 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
 

It is our policy that ALL ORDERS OVER $750 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. 

 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Should you order two or more pairs of FREEBIRD styles, they may ship separately according to sizes and styles we have in stock. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each item, letting you know which item has shipped and the pending status for the rest of your order.

 

BACKORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. If the item is backordered for more than 7 days, you may be charged for your order prior to its ship date. 

 

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call 1.888.FREEBIRD or 303.893.6160 or email orders@freebirdstores.com.

 

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
