Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order number. Should you have any questions regarding your order or payment, this order number is used to identify your transaction.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.


When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized, not charged. Once your order has shipped, you will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically drop off in 5-7 business days. The exact time frame for authorization removal is determined by your card's issuing bank. However, if the order is older than 7 days, the card will be charged prior to shipment. 


Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, payment will be processed for the ENTIRE order at the time of the first package's departure from our facility. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.



Afterpay is a third-party affiliate that allows you to place your order immediately but pay in four equal installments. These installments are made every 2 weeks with no interest. This payment option is only available for customers in the US.


Please note, all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay.


Afterpay can be used in any Freebird Stores locations. 



We currently offer e-Gift Cards when purchased online. Any gift card purchased on can be used online or in any of the store locations.


Gift Cards purchased in store after 5/1/22 may also be used online & in store. 


Please note there are gift cards prior to 5/1/22 that may only be redeemed in store. 



By law, FREEBIRD Stores, Inc. is required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. This is calculated the third party Avalara. All charges will be applied to your order prior to order placement. For more information, please see our U.S. States Sales Tax page.

As of July 1st, 2022 Colorado has implemented a Colorado Retail delivery fee to all Colorado residence. This tax will be $0.27 and is applied within your taxes during checkout. The Colorado Department of Revenue has ruled the fee as non-refundable, even if the item is returned.


We will always match an online competitor’s non-clearance price within 30 days of your purchase, subject to the following restrictions:

  • We will match clearance prices only at the discretion of our Sales Manager.
  • If the item is discounted by 40% or more, it is considered a clearance item.
  • We do not match coupons with a restricted number of uses.
  • Coupons may not be mixed or stacked when being applied to price matches, unless there is an instance when a competitor is offering a coupon and exclusive price at the same time. Should this instance arise, we are happy to match this offer.
  • If an item is not in stock at another store, we do not match the price. We will not price match any stores that are not listed as a reputable site or store. Thus, meaning the store must list and answer a contact phone number and business address. We also do not price match with sites or stores that list much of their items as being discounted.
  • We do not price match with wholesale quantities, which are consider to be orders of three or more of the same product.
  • New arrivals, exclusives, and bestsellers may have some restrictions with the use of coupons and discounts. These restricted products, will be tagged on our site.

We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our website and stores. Occasionally we offer special prices that are exclusive to our website. Please call us at  1.888.FREEBIRD or 303.893.6160 if you have any questions about pricing.




Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to a sale item. Only one discount code will be applied at time of purchase.

If the item already has a discount automatically applied, another discount CANNOT be used. 

Any "SITE-WIDE" promotions are only applicable to FULL PRICE items. 


All items purchased on the "SALE PAGE" are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges & will not include a prepaid return label due to their exclusive discounted pricing


Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.


We are unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at independent boutiques, The Buckle, or department stores.



Freebird Stores is unable to fulfill any orders that are flagged as fraudulent or having characteristics of wholesaling. Please note this is due to an automated algorithm that once triggered will initiate a 180-day waiting period while the account is under review. During this time, Freebird Stores is unable to fulfill any new orders associated with the customer profile originally flagged. 


Freebird Stores is not in association with any 3rd party resellers or supports any type of drop shipping. As a company we will do our best to protect our loyal Flock from falling victim to this activity.
