WARRANTY & REPAIRS
We take great pride in all of our products and are here to help if you’d like to give your Freebird's some additional care. We will repair any genuine FREEBIRD product against manufacturer’s defect for up to 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE, at our repair team’s discretion. Fit, wear, weather/water damage, and lost pieces are not considered to be manufacturer's defects and are not covered under the repair warranty.
If we are unable to provide repair on a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item with the same style, size, and color within 3 months of purchase date. Our FREEBIRD limited warranty does not cover final sale items. Once product has been worn and/or used, FREEBIRD shall have no obligation or liability with respect to damage resulting from accident or abuse, and/or improper or inadequate fit and care.
FREEBIRD does NOT offer a limited warranty or repairs for products purchased from anyone besides FreebirdStores.com, or our six retail locations.
