CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your Freebird products looking their best, we recommend regular upkeep and care.

GENUINE LEATHER

All of our shoes are crafted with genuine leather, meaning natural variations and unique markings are to be expected and part of what makes each pair one of a kind. Like all leather products, they aren't waterproof. To help protect them, we suggest applying a water-resistant spray to guard against rain, snow, or the occasional spilled drink.

SUEDE

For suede styles, use a wire or suede brush to maintain both the look and quality of your shoes.

EXOTIC LEATHER

For exotic leather styles, we recommend using a specially formulated exotic leather spray to condition, clean, and protect these pairs.

REPAIR

While we don't offer in-house repairs, a trusted local cobbler or shoe repair shop should be able to assist with resoles, rubber heel cap replacements, and other needs to extend the life of your shoes.

ROCK TUMBLED

During construction, certain Freebird styles are intentionally rock-tumbled. They are placed in a machine drum with rocks to create that perfectly broken-in, distressed finish.

To help preserve their lived-in look:

  • Gently brush away surface dirt with a soft brush.

  • Store them in their dusters when not in use.
