Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate helps maintain organization and movement of inventory in our warehouse. This process begins with receiving supplier shipments and ends with picking product for e-commerce orders and store replenishments. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, is a hard worker, and is a good team player.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive large inventory shipments directly from factory and begin inspection process
- Shift, stock, and organize inventory daily
- Operate pallet jacks and carts to restock and pick product
- Select e-commerce and store orders accurately and efficiently
- Pull and pack inventory to distribute to stores
- Help clean warehouse with basic sanitation practices: sweep, take out trash, bale cardboard
- Assist in inventory counts and physical inventories
- Work positively with a team to meet business goals and timelines
- Present a professional attitude and appearance
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to execute plans accurately and quickly individually or with a team
- Can consistently maneuver a warehouse and store stockrooms throughout a day without physical fatigue
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
- Operates calmly under pressure during high volume times
- Highly detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- Positive attitude and team player
Compensation: $18/hour
